Women's Money Society membership terms

These terms cover your membership of Women's Money Society, which is run by Freedom Sun, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our"). By joining, you agree to them. For anything in here that is not clear, email hello@womensmoneysociety.com and we will explain it.
What your membership includes
While your membership is active, you get access to:
- Two live group calls each month, the Monthly Financial Planning Call and the Business Hot Seat and Q&A, with recordings afterwards
- The Business Intensive Training and Tools, with its workbooks and templates
- Financially Whole, the CFO toolkit, the AI toolkit, and the workshop library as it grows
- The Business Lounge, our private member community on WhatsApp. Other members in the Lounge can see the name and phone number on your WhatsApp account.
Women's Money Society is a group membership rather than one-to-one advising. The calls are group calls, and we may change, add to or retire individual parts of the membership as it develops. If we remove something substantial, we will tell members before we do it.
What you pay
All prices are in US dollars and payments are handled by Stripe. If you are outside the United States, Stripe may show and charge the amount in your own currency, converted at the rate on the day. That amount can change slightly from one payment to the next as exchange rates move.
- Quarterly: $291 every three months at the founding rate, which works out at $97 a month, or $537 every three months at the standard rate.
- Yearly: $970 a year at the founding rate, or $1,790 a year at the standard rate.
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each period, at the rate you joined at, until you cancel. We will send you a reminder before a yearly renewal.
The period you are joining for
Membership is sold by the period rather than by the month. On the quarterly plan you are joining for three months at a time, and on the yearly plan you are joining for a year at a time. Three months is the shortest period we offer, because one month is not long enough for this work to show up in your numbers.
At the end of your period, your membership renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the rate you joined at, until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel from the billing portal linked in your receipts, or by emailing hello@womensmoneysociety.com from the address you joined with. Please do it before your period renews, because a payment that has already been taken is not refunded.
When you cancel, you keep access to everything until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your access to the member portal and the community ends.
Refunds
Payments already made are not refunded, including a period you have paid for and then decided to leave partway through. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will put it right. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
If a payment fails
Stripe will retry your payment over several days, and we will email you so that you can update your card. Your access stays in place while that is happening. If the payment cannot be taken after the final retry, your membership ends and your access ends with it.
Your founding rate
If you join at a founding rate, that rate stays yours for as long as your membership remains active, even after founding pricing closes to new members. If you cancel and rejoin later, you join at whatever rate applies then.
We may change our prices for new members at any time. If we ever need to change the price of an existing membership, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
Live calls and recordings
The live calls are recorded so that members who could not attend can watch afterwards. If you would rather not appear in a recording, keep your camera off and let us know, and we will keep your question out of the replay.
What you may do with the materials
Everything in the member portal is owned by Freedom Sun, LLC. Your membership gives you a personal licence to use it in your own business while you are a member. Please do not share your login, copy the materials for people outside the membership, or resell or republish them. Your membership is for you and not for a team, and if you would like access for other people in your business, email us.
How we treat each other
The Business Lounge works because members are honest about their numbers. What another member shares stays inside the community. Selling to other members, promoting your own offers or sharing what someone else has said outside the group are not allowed.
This is education, not advice
Women's Money Society is education and coaching. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, it does not take your personal circumstances into account, and no accountant-client or adviser-client relationship is created by your membership. For decisions about your taxes, your legal position or your investments, please speak with a professional who can look at your full situation. We do not promise any particular financial result, and what you earn depends on your own business and your own decisions.
If we need to end a membership
We may end a membership if these terms are broken, in particular the parts about sharing materials and how members treat each other. If we end your membership for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will email members about anything significant before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, in the United States. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the consumer law that applies where you live.
